General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ka44 platform and all its services. By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

ka44 is for users aged 21 and above only. By registering on this platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

Parents and guardians should keep their devices and account information out of reach of minors. ka44 is committed to preventing underage gaming and will take immediate action upon receiving any such information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into ka44: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

• Each transaction generally takes a few minutes to complete.
• Once deposited funds are added to the account, the transaction is considered final and cannot be reversed.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and the funds may be returned in such cases.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 05).
• ka44 reserves the right to review withdrawals when necessary, particularly in cases of unusual activity.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

Bonuses & Promotions

ka44 offers its users various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x — this applies to the bonus amount only.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim a specific bonus only once.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time period.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• ka44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting Rules

All betting activities on ka44 will be governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting system errors will be considered void.
• ka44 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed at incorrect quotes or odds.
• Payouts related to suspicious or unusual betting patterns may be held pending investigation.

Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to all sports markets including cricket betting. If a match is abandoned or postponed, action will be taken according to the rules of that market. For special markets such as BPL, T20 World Cup, or IPL, specific rules for each event may apply separately.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ka44 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Gaining an advantage through match-fixing, fraud, or any other dishonest means.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the system.
• Attempting to access another user's account without permission.
• Any attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Verifying an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network.
• Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of bets.

Account Suspension & Closure

In the following circumstances, ka44 may suspend or close an account without prior notice:

• If any clause of the Terms is violated.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is observed on the account.
• If false information is provided or evidence of fraud is found.
• If cooperation is not provided during verification.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact [email protected]. Make sure to withdraw all valid balances before closing the account. The responsible gaming policy will apply for self-exclusion requests.
